Jack Lewis, Chairman
Jack Lewis is an attorney who has practiced law for over 25 years and currently, is Managing Counsel, Litigation, for Chevron Global Upstream in Houston, TX. Jack is an elder at HopePointe Church in The Woodlands, TX, where he is involved in various ministries. He also is actively engaged with several other non profit organizations that assist the underserved. Jack and his wife Melanie have two children (Megan and Jonathan).
Lisa Porter
Dr. Lisa Porter is vice president for clinical development at Amylin Pharmaceuticals in San Diego, CA. As an endocrinologist, she has been involved in diabetes drug development with several pharmaceutical companies for the past 10 years. She has been involved with 25:40 since its inception in 2003, serving as an original board member. After a short hiatus, she again joined the 25:40 board in 2008. She is married, with two young children and lives in San Diego.
Carol Radden, Secretary
Carol and Ron Radden have been long-time supporters of 25:40, and bring valued input and guidance to our Board based on their many years of experience on the board for the non-profit organization Marriage Encounters. Carol is a telecommunications specialist and most recently worked for SprintNextel. She and Ron already have taken the lead in developing a new fund-raising strategy that will take into account and build on our successful ventures to date. We were blessed to meet Carol and Ron through our interaction with Fairfax Presbyterian Church, where they worship.
Alec Zacaroli, Vice Chairman
Alec and Amy Zacaroli founded 25:40 in June 2003. Alec lived in Johannesburg, South Africa, as a child, and from this experience has remained keenly interested in issues facing southern Africa. He is an attorney with the firm Wallace King Domike & Reiskin, PLLC, in Washington, D.C.
Amy Zacaroli, Treasurer
Amy Zacaroli is a Virginia native. After graduating from James Madison University with a B.A. in English and Communications, she worked as a journalist in Washington, D.C. for more than a decade. She now stays home with her and Alec’s four children, Nick, Sophie, Hannah, and Rebecca and devotes the rest of her time and attention to the work and mission of 25:40.
