Our Mission

What We Do

25:40 is a link between your generosity and altruism and the most vulnerable and dispossessed among us -- children impacted by AIDS in southern Africa. South Africa is home to 11 national languages, but compassion is a universal language. Through your support of orphanages, homes, and other organizations dedicated to caring for children impacted by HIV/AIDS in South Africa, 25:40 and its contributors share this compassion in its purest form.

With your help, we support and foster the creation of orphanages, health clinics, day care centers, schools and other entities dedicated to caring for children impacted by HIV/AIDS in southern Africa

Our Mission

  1. Establish partnerships with, and provide financial support to, orphanages, homes and other organizations dedicated to directly caring for children in South Africa who have been impacted by HIV/AIDS
  2. Foster development of new homes/orphanages to care for children impacted by HIV/AIDS, especially in the rural areas of South Africa
  3. Work with pharmaceutical companies and medical professionals in the United States and South Africa to provide and administer HIV/AIDS medication to mothers and children infected with HIV/AIDS
  4. Conduct outreach and raise awareness in the United States and elsewhere about the profound impact of HIV and AIDS on children in South Africa
  5. Promote opportunities for adoption of children orphaned by AIDS
