As consideration for my participation in SAVA 2008, I, intending to be legally bound, waive and release for myself any and all rights and claims for damages, demands and any other actions, which I or any of the above participants may have against 25:40, the State of Florida and its counties, and all SAVA volunteers, through our participation in this event. I also take responsibility for any minors listed above, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless 25:40, the State of Florida and all its counties, and all SAVA volunteers against any claims for damages, demands and any other actions through their participation in this event.
